Works fantastic. While on the water in waves, the nozzle did come off. Maybe a small plastic hose clamp will solve. Also need to be careful of kinks in the hose or fuel will back up and spill out of can but that's just procedure now. Overall excellent device.

When the pump arrived the box was crushed on the impeller end and the cover was

off the impeller which I clicked back on . It seems a lot slower than was indicated and takes about 7 or 8 mites to transfer a 20 litre of diesel

The batteries I fitted were new I will give it another try with some Energiser Batteries
I just purchased ,My thoughts are the shaft of the motor could have been slightly bent
when the box was squashed .

Rick,
I am sorry the pumps arrived damaged, 8 minutes to pump 20 litres equals 2.5 litres per minute which is too slow. The issue will be batteries or damaged pump from transport, I will give you a call this morning to discuss how you went with the new batteries. If it is a damaged pump we will replace and get the damaged one back to review.
